Guys I've had a chance to review our play and overall not bad however there are somethings WE need to work on.
1st and foremost I let u guys down up there our comms sucked and we did not play as a team and that is my fault as field commander so we did to go back to basic.
A) Teamwork: IT starts the week before with cleaning and preps. 2) setup/ breakdown of the site is a team event lets get the site ready before we regester get paint etc. then we work on markers chrono as a team attend safety brief as a team. 3) Organization: Currently when on the field I assume the role as field commander if or when I am not there Snowman is 2nd in charge next is Mohawk. If the team wants to make changes thats ok by me team vote required. I will be placing others in charge on the field for training. 4) Comms. I am currently looking into better comms however until a suitable systems is found we will use current system only diff the FIELD Commander will carry 2 radios and only he will talk with the CP this will be discussed later at next event. There is more and I am not trying to hammer anyone I just wants us to be the best we can be and still have fun but TEAMWORK is everything

I agree with Falcon's points. I also think that prep work is really, really key. It is essential to make your list a week ahead of time to prepare for these events. Keep a bag handy where you keep all of your essential paintball gear - I have personally been far happier since I got a gear bag and started using it as I know where everything is and don't worry about forgetting things.
I am also looking at some options for comms (see the Communications post) so we can be more effective as a team. Teamwork is key - shooting people out is a lot of fun, but we have to remember we are there to achieve objectives and complete missions.

i also agree with falcon on points. lets see how well we preform on sunday and do our evals. teamwork is the key. we need to get back to basics now, before it gets to far gone from saving. Also we should discuss by-laws for the team, soon.

i agree with all things in consideration prep work is key to ensuring success it starts a week before we play. test your equipment/ clean and oil parts, as well as you should have a check list of things you need and put your bag together at least 3 days to a week in advanced. i know i amnot the only one guilty of getting side tracked in fire fights. we have to stay focused on the scenario not nailing people with paint. objectives win scenarios not kill shots. communication is important i am one that needs to hear everyone tell me what they see. as team members of ata we need to ensure we all know what is around us. setup breifings and chrono should be done as a team as well as if you have the means to you should preregister for any events we have. i also think practice went extremely well on sunday i learned alot about myself and our team from just goofing around, with that said i hope we all learned at least two things we should work on. REMEMBER ONE TEAM ONE FIGHT TOGETHER WE STAND TOGETHER WE FALL!!! think about what that means

I know this is a bit late in the game for this, but I saw a few things at Domination that were interesting. First and foremost was communications, some had them, some did not, but in the end it comes down to recognizing these weeknesses and developing an exit strategy. If the group that is sent on a mission is understanding of the objective prior to departure, the objective can be reached with minimal comm's, the night game was an example. For example, my mission at one point was to guard the Blue Field Hospital, and not let it fall. So I stayed there, mowing 'em down, until I received a second mission to advance to the Tower Field to support Tank and Rambo. Mission understood, mission done, no radio needed. Pre-registering was done after the deadline, and luckily Mohawk was able to get some of the air deposits refunded. And thirdly, and the one that bit the team in the tail the most, was slow moving when it comes to getting on the field. Saturday morning we were biting at the bit to get on the field, yet a large number of the team had yet to get the markers chrono'd or taken the time to see the safety brief. This was all explained as soon as they got out of the vehicles. And Sundays final battle was a total fiasco, now I will not put all the blame on the team, because the schedule did say it was going to be an hour long, but still after 30 minutes, none of the guys were out of the camp. I felt that I learned a lot about the guys that weekend, and more a few weeks later at Fox. Teamwork is good as long as the TEAM concept is used. Falcon and Snowman are doing a great job at getting our name out, as well as all the other players, now it is time to actually get out there and play against these other teams to grow the reputation.

I definitely agree with point number three... We were VERY slow to get back on the field both days. In the end, I think that gave us the appearance of being very disorganized to the other teams out there.
